How can unethical business management be eliminated from our countries? 

All these things I‘ve been writing is for government to get up and liberate this country. I’m not crying for help, I’m crying for intervention; and for people’s commitment to making this change.

Any government that will do this must not start if they can’t finish. And they must set an understandable timeframe for the people in order to get prepared. 

And, the government must do their best to quickly fix things so that the poor innocent ones won’t suffer it worst. The government must focus on their mission and not bad mouth.  

I am placing all these responsibilities on the government because as this country is now, it is only a fierce and committed government that can restore its dignity. 

Only that can bring ethical manners to our workplaces through very effective security, transparency, watch, report and other caring measures. 

What measure can be taken to influence people of Nigeria to embrace ethical business management?

Let us believe that we are the right people: the worst problem we are having in this country is the kind of believe we have in ourselves, ability, perfection and wisdom. 

Our belief on these things is very poor. Many of our people believe they will make success but they don’t believe in Nigeria. Let us stop seeing each other as crook.

 But, let’s have brotherly love. These positive behaviors in ourselves will start developing into confidence, which will attract other people’s confidence in us. Our belief will give us courage to change our name back from global criminals to the real best people we always were.

Let us create policy and social responsibility: 

Now we have to be real. Business as you know it, takes almost all part of our country, and if we keep looking as if this sector doesn’t concern us, things must continue to lack behind. If there is a law made for business administration and management in Nigeria, let it be read to the people openly. 

Orientation is the people’s right. Now establishment of a concrete order of behavior than can be recognized and appreciated in the world can help us much; and it can show the world that we are serious.

 I tell you that this is the most important war we can fight. Let us do something that will compel people to walk according to the plan they presented during their business registration.

Let us practice it.

 Yes. Saying without doing will make you but a parrot. Commitment is important to us, as we know that good leaders show it by example. Let us now practice those things we learn for Oyibo land and those we think we are born with. Let’s stop being a bit greedy, jealous, envious and depressed. We should know that with self confidence, whatever other nations of the world can make we too can. Our problem is too much emigration travel.

Let us make our people understand the policy we made and why we made them. 

Me, you can’t compel me to do what I don’t know where it is leading me to. But if you explain then I can know what to lay mind on. Law radio is important to Nigeria. Majority of our children don’t know the difference between the wrong thing and the right thing.

 Imagine, that our children have already known that elections vote can be sold. What a tragic muddle? Hope is almost lost, but we are great people, who can do things. 

Nigeria, trust me, we are too silent otherwise, if we rise up today to speak, the world will definitely listen. Because, around the world we are highest respected country, despite our flaw. Why then shall we sell ourselves short to those that stand at awe before us? 

Let our belief, mindset and mission be appropriately tantamount with our vision. One of the problems might be that our faith sounds contradictive to what the world is becoming. Faith here might or might not be the religious one. But we should know that you can never become, do or get what you never saw. Our antics against the face development of the universe are our greatest confrontation.

 Somebody whose house is burning down doesn’t go chasing rats with dogs. We must be serious, whether we are more interested in entertainment or in growing this country to worth what the world always expected.

 The worst disappointment is a child whose parent had been expecting great thing from, and he is turning deviant.

 Our change must preach to the world that we are the best people to be with and our environment is the best place to stay.

Let us put control through watch, report, and identity tracking: Yes let us there is still hope of we can look up, Watch and care. 

One of the problems our people have been complaining very much about is insecurity, but we have never taken the important step that can put end to that.

 But if we will fight bribery and corruption there must be a free flow of information plus an effective use of information generated. 

When somebody’s right is violated, he has right to report and be heard and intervened for. 

Let us find every missing thing among us. That’s how those prosperous people of the world do it. let us put in place a standard communication platform that will guarantee us the security of this country.

Let us build a culture of transparency and openness: 

Let us make sure that there is no more secrecy in our country. Anything that people do in the night that isn’t understood should be checked. Let everything we do and how we do them be plain to us and the whole world, so that we will stop seeing each other as felon citizens. And the world around us will bear witness that we are not whatever evil they may think we are.

Nigerian politicians must comply:

 Those shoot and run must end. Our people say that ‘when a foul mess, the soil pursues her’. Our politicians spoil our land and run to London. That’s one of the major problems we have, a lot of greedy people. 

Self-centeredness can’t move any nation forward. Remember what the bible says that brutalizing the poor people can never make you any rich, but it will render you poorer. 

Nigeria was an example of countries that hinder and deny the poor people their right and freedom. I speak so that they will change. 

The way people play politics in this country is disgusting. This is confusing our people, even the clergymen. All these limitations you people are placing on poor people so that only you can be rich; it is not taking us anywhere. 

Remember that the prosperity of this country is more important than your personal riches. 

It is time we should get for these politicians who are competitive of whose pocket shall be larger with what doesn’t belong to them. Let us stop fearing unnecessarily. 

It is better you are injured in a battle that you win, than you are taken safely into slavery. Let us not quit fight that’s for justice, as we know that justice shall prevail. Blessed are those who hear and obey.

Now, alongside with the above mentioned means, there is a practical concept I built and suggest that will help eliminate unethical business management in our country.
