Just do it now—power of urgent action on; and completion of a task in due time.

Stop looking for the million reasons you should make a progress. Stop waiting for the right set of people to come. Making an influence in life is all about doing something or making something to exist with what you have. 

Just burn your wigs before the enemy comes in and steal your fire. Just take action before fear comes in and take away your zeal or desire. Stop trying to be perfect at the first attempt it can keep you dreaming. 

If you claim to be a believer and you are not doing what you believe in, you are still in the elementary class of the dreamers. We believe in what we see done more than many more things people said they will do. The main difference between the successful people and the unsuccessful people is the ability to take action and do what they wanted to do or what they said that they will do. 

Great people who accomplish tremendous deeds in life are intensely action oriented. They keep moving all the time and they are always busy.  If they have an idea, they take action on it immediately. Not thinking much about the outcome.

On the other hand, the low achievers and the non-achievers are always full of beautiful ideals, good intentions, big dreams and higher goals… name them. But they have zero plan of action on any of the conceptions.  Their heart are always full of excuses for not taking action today and so the next day and the per-haps forever.  You have always heard that the road to hell is paved with good intentions.

Now, why do we always say “I will, I will” all the time without even attempting to do one? Why do you keep delaying little project you would have finished even before you know its pain?

Avoid making those excuses, putting your project off; complaining about your project, talking negatively about your project, believing you can’t, worrying if you can, waiting until you are older, richer, braver or better; suck-it-up, make a plan and just do it!...the earlier, the better.

Remember that until you start doing something, you won’t become better in it. People are different. Everybody has different style; just do the best thing which you know.  

If you feel like there is something out there that you are supposed to be doing, if you have a passion for it then go and just do it.

Don’t waste your time talking about what you want to do here and there. Just do it. If you believe in what you are doing; just do it.

 You will keep getting better. Leave your comfort zone and kick off.  When you want something badly, just do it, you should not think about how hard it is going to be.

In Nigeria, where I came from, we don’t talk about what we want to do, we just do it; if we talk about it, it is seen as bragging.  

So, what is still holding you from taking action? Is it fear? …That enemy? No, you shouldn’t allow your enemy to occupy the driver’s seat in your car? Where do you think you are heading to? Hell? ‘Fear’ we know is the greatest and worst enemy of progress. 

 That thing you think is the barrier to your success might not be; it might be that fear in you that covered your eyes from seeing the way forward.  That narrow road you see might become wider as you move ahead. That thing you think you can’t do, the truth is that you can, but maybe, before you start, you didn’t know.

Just do it now, don’t wait again for everything to be normal or for everybody to be ready. When everybody is ready, there is no longer chance for you. Do it, no matter what.  If you believe in it, it is something honorable.

  If somebody around you doesn’t understand then, that’s their problem, but if you have the passion, an honest passion, then just do it.

As for me, writing is my project now, though am also doing my business. It is neither my business will affect my writing nor my writing affects my business. 

 For there is time for each, and in each time, I just do it. I don’t wait for the perfect weather condition, or perfect environment, or anything, because I know that as long as I write and edit, my book will be coming to perfection and also as long as I go out there and do the right thing, my business will be making progress.

Don’t wait until you are perfect before you do something. Because it’s the one you failed in that will teach you for the one you will succeed in. Just get it done and let us see it. The best idea equals to zero when not yet executed.

Choose shared task

In a day, there is 24 hours, and in entrepreneurship, there are a lot of tasks to do each day, having only 9-12 hours for your workplace. And major quota of your task is done within that time.

Now, in that your business, everything is in your hand-- Buying, selling, accounting, security, organization arrangement and many more. 

All these tasks are under your control, if you do them, they shall be done. And if you did not do them, they will remain there for you.  The rate of growth and development in your business depends on your conformity to get something done before people can know it. If only you can finish all your tasks in each day, kudos.

But unfortunately, time is a respecter of no one-handed-man. Those 9-12 hours cannot be extended further because, you have to refurbish good, record transaction, attend customers, record expenses, buy new product for stock, pack the other goods in the warehouse and also do that supply.—All in that day by only you. 

This is said easily with mouth but when they are to be done, you will know that actions are always longer and more complicated than words.

I’m not saying that you don’t have strength, but excellence and finishing is what effective execution means. So, what do you need?  You need shared task. You can pay to get something done. 

The only thing that deserves being paid for is our time.  Because, our time is in no way under control of our sluggishness and time as we know is money. So you can use your time to make more money. Why not pay to save your time. You should delegate those tasks that can consume most of your time when you are busy doing others.  

One of the major barriers of entrepreneurial success today is doing too many things at once, with their one hand.  This can bring about poor performance, delay, poor skills, waste of resources, boredom inefficiency and incompetency; which will all lead to poor results.  

The shortage and inequitable distribution of the appropriate functions of the work-place to the work-force to take appropriate action on a particular task is the worst enemy of business growth.

Some businesses have tools, but they are not using it because there is no one to use it, maybe because the manager wants the whole money for his pocket. 

There is nothing better and more efficient than group working together to get a project done. Division of labor pays the greatest interest. A tree cannot make a forest.

When someone decides to remove instead of replacing any car part, maybe because the car developed fault; No matter what the part it is, be it stabilizer rods or linkages, the absence of that removed car parts will definitely lead to more severe damages.

So every employee in the business, when removed, and was not replaced with equal or better mate, must make the business to lack balance and crash more easily. 

So, all hands on desk can always make work easier, better and faster. To do it now, chose shared tasking.
